All appointments are made through email. Please leave detailed information in your email: 1) what service you would like to schedule 2) days and times that you prefer if scheduling a session . This will reduce the amount of reply emails neccessary.
Scheduling: Monday -Friday 10:30 - 8:00 p.m. Saturday 10:00 - 6:00. Occasional Sundays.
- Cash (exact change please).
- Credit/debit cards (payable in advance) through www.paypal.com. A 3.3% service fee will be added. Do NOT send me payment until I invoice you.
- Venmo (payable in advance) I will request payment once you provide your account information to me. Do NOT send me payment until I invoice you.
- Check or money order to be received no less than a week prior to the scheduled appointment.
Weekend appointments are paid in full and in advance. Payment is non-refundable if cancelled less than 48 hours prior to appointment.
Cancellation Policies: (applies to bearers of gift certificates as well)

If a cancellation is received less than 24 hours from the scheduled appointment, non refundable pre-payment will be required prior to rescheduling your appointment.
Inclement weather: There is never a fee charged if Mother Nature causes unsafe driving conditions whether it be that you are unable to get to my office or that I cannot get to my office. Rescheduling may or may not be within a short time frame.
If you are late to an appointment, it will not be pro-rated. Your session fee will remain the same. It's important that I remain on schedule out of respect for clients to follow your session................so please, do yourself a HUGE favor and read the directions I send you. Don't just google the address, read the specifics. This will get you directly to my office.
Cancellation Policy for Classes/Workshops: If a class or workshop is canceled by the instructor, extreme efforts will be made to contact participants as far in advance as possible, based on the contact information taken upon registration. All deposits will be returned.
No Show / Pre Paid: . If you don’t show up for your session, then I have no time to contact anyone to fill your appointment. If you fall under the category of a No Show, you will be required to pre pay for your rescheduled session by Venmo or Paypal. Once that payment is received, we can reschedule you appointment. This pre payment is non refundable.
If you are a pre-paid appointment and either you do not show up or don't follow the cancellation guidelines, your payment is forfeited, this includes gift certificates.
