All appointments are made through email. Please leave detailed information in your email: 1) what service you would like to schedule 2) days and times that you prefer if scheduling a session. 3) what time zone you live in. This will reduce the amount of reply emails necessary.
Scheduling: Monday -Friday 10:00 - 9:00 p.m. Saturday 10:00 - 6:00. Occasional Sundays. Your time zone has a bearing on availability.
Payment Options: Prepayment through Venmo, Paypal (an additional 4% service fee will be added on for Paypal) or check. Payments are due no later than 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Cancellation Policies: (applies to bearers of gift certificates as well): You must cancel by email sent to email@example.com If a cancellation is received (via email only) less than 24 hours from the scheduled appointment, your payment will be forfeited.
No Show/Not Logged in: If you have not logged in to a confirmed and scheduled Zoom or Skype session within 15 minutes of the arranged time. the session will be considered cancelled with payment forfeited.
