October will have limited openings and will not have morning or weekend availability until the week of the 27th.
All appointments are made through email. Please leave detailed information in your email: 1) what service you would like to schedule 2) days and times that you prefer if scheduling a session. 3) what time zone you live in. This will reduce the amount of reply emails necessary.
Scheduling: Monday -Friday 10:00 - 9:00 p.m. Saturday 10:00 - 6:00. Most classes and workshops are offered on Sundays. Your time zone determines availability for readings.
Payment Options: Prepayment through Venmo, Paypal (an additional 4% service fee will be added on for Paypal) or check. Payments are due no later than 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Cancellation Policies: (applies to bearers of gift certificates as well): You must cancel by email sent to woodfaeries@gmail.com If a cancellation is received (via email only) less than 24 hours from the scheduled appointment, your payment will be forfeited.
No Show/Not Logged in: If you have not logged in to a confirmed and scheduled Zoom or Skype session within 15 minutes of the arranged time. the session will be considered cancelled with payment forfeited.
